so here's a picture update. mostly i just love this first picty because of her green dipe, halloween onesie and unmatching legwarmers... it was just one of those nights...

my baby girl with her sippy cup. she took to it right away and jumps and reaches out when she sees it!
and finally... her first real food. avocado. and SHE LOVED IT! true california girl right there. :)remember when there were pictures of things other than this girl on this blog. sorry. she is our world lately. and we love it. i can't believe she is six months old. where has the time gone! i cried when she ate rice cereal. it's so hard for this mama that she is growing up! but it is so fun too. the bittersweet life of a parent, i guess. she's such a joy to have in our home. she's always smiling and happy. she LOVES to cruise around the house and follow us in her walker. she loves books and singing. she loves her mama. she makes it worth getting up (VERY EARLY, mind you) in the morning to see what she is going to learn each day. we are so grateful for this little lady in our lives!

Cute pictures of Lydia. It is so much fun watching kids grow up, but it is a bittersweet moment because you want them to stay small forever. It gets to be so much fun when they start talking and walking, just wait and you will love that too.
